Terms & Conditions

Liability for Accident, Injury or Loss

Arctic Quest takes customer safety very importantly. We will provide you with full instructions and appropriate safety wear, including helmet, to ensure you get the most out of your ride. Husky rides are an adventure activity, which may result in injury or death. Customers should be aware of and accept the risks and be responsible for their own actions. However, nothing within these terms and conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any customer or restrict any liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or fraud from Arctic Quest.

Although Arctic Quest holds public liability insurance we recommend that all clients should take out their own insurance in the unlikely event of injury.

Arctic Quest reserve the right to ask customers to leave if we think their behaviour may compromise the safety of the dogs. In such circumstances no refund will be made.

Customers are advised that our camp is located close to the river and must at all times assume full responsibility for members of their own group, particularly young children.

Arctic Quest takes no responsibility for the safety and security of customers’ vehicles and valuables left within them during the husky experience.
